The terms and conditions of use of the site www.oceanpirates.es apply to all visitors of the site, hereinafter referred to as "User", and to customers who wish to make purchases online through the referred site, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

1. General Conditions of Sale

A) Order

To proceed with the order, the Customer must be registered and logged on to the site.

The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts in full these Terms and Conditions of Use.

After validation, the Customer receives an automatic order confirmation email. If the data is incorrect, the Customer can rectify the data or cancel the order, provided they do so prior to its dispatch.

The data registered by Ocean Pirates constitute evidence of the set of transactions made between it and the Customer.

B) Prices

The prices listed on www.oceanpirates.es are exclusive of the site.

The discounts practiced on the site are not cumulative with other offers, campaigns, promotions or protocols in force and are valid unless written error or stock breach.

C) Payment

Payments for orders placed at www.oceanpirates.es are managed by IfThen Lda, PayPal, Stripe and Ocean Pirates.

The following payment methods are allowed:

  • Bank wire
  • Multibanco reference (through IfThen Lda)
  • PayPal
  • Bank card (through Stripe)

The terms and conditions of payment through Multibanco reference are responsibility of IfThen Lda, located at Rua S. José, 757, 4535-404 Santa Maria de Lamas, Portugal.

Payment by Multibanco reference consists of the reference issue so that the Customer can make the payment through Multibanco reference.

Payments through Multibanco reference will be processed by IfThen Lda. The transaction will be carried out between the Customer and IfThen Lda, after which Ocean Pirates receives a confirmation that the amount due is paid.

D) Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.

After sending the order, Ocean Pirates sends an email to the Customer confirming the dispatch and communicating the registration code of the order, so that the Customer can follow its dispatch.

E) Exchanges, Returns and Warranty

Any order agreement made through the site www.oceanpirates.es can be freely resolved within 14 days, under the terms of article 10 and 11 of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February amended by Law No. 47/2014 of 28 July. For this purpose, the Customer must contact the Customer Service, to ask for the exchange or return. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns are paid by the customer.

All products purchased through the site are covered by the warranty regime, pursuant to Decree Law No. 67/2003 of 8 April, with amendments introduced by Decree Law No. 84/2008 of 21 May.

F) After-sales service

After-sales service can be provided at Ocean Pirates headquarters or agreed with the Customer, for which the Customer should contact the Customer Service.

2. Copyright

All contents of www.oceanpirates.es are subject to the applicable legislation on copyright and intellectual property and cannot therefore be reproduced, in any form, in whole or in part, without previous and express authorization.
